In order to fulfil our obligations according to the ElektroG, we have registered with the EAR foundation. As all SmartLightningSystem devices and LED modules are intended for commercial use only, our products have been classified as b2b devices. As b2b devices, these devices may not be delivered to the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or public recycling centres.
We take back the products. For this purpose, the customer sends the complete system back to us at his own expense. The returned devices will be recycled by us in accordance with the regulations.
